Who operates Roll Call

Roll Call is developed and operated by Useful Futures LLC. These terms cover this information website and the Roll Call journal where these terms are provided. Using the service means agreeing to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

Development and availability

Roll Call is in development. Features, availability, and appearance can change. Website design previews contain sample data and do not promise that an unreleased interface or feature is available today. Mobile app-store availability will be announced separately.

Who may participate

The planned free beta is for adults age 18 or older in the United States. Roll Call is not intended for children. We may restrict access during testing.

Your account and content

Provide accurate account information and protect your access credentials. You retain ownership of your journal entries and media. You give us permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to provide the features you use, such as synchronization and playback.

Only upload content you have the right to use. Obtain appropriate permission before recording or uploading other people. Do not use Roll Call to share unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, interfere with the service, or access another person’s data.

Skate within your limits

Roll Call records practice; it does not provide professional coaching, medical advice, or safety supervision. Choose appropriate places to skate, follow venue rules, and use judgment about your ability and surroundings.

Data and service changes

See the privacy notice for information practices and deletion requests. Development-stage services can experience errors, interruptions, or data loss. Keep copies of information you need. Do not assume a journal export includes every uploaded media file.

Charges

This website does not collect payments or sell subscriptions. Any future paid features will have their prices and applicable terms presented before purchase.

Limits and your rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Updates and questions

We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Contact us with questions or to stop using the service and request deletion.
