• Include your device, operating system, and app version if you know them.
• Describe what you expected, what happened, and any error message.
• For account help, write from the email associated with the account when possible.

Please don’t send passwords, sign-in codes, payment details, or private videos. Remove personal information from screenshots before sharing.
